Founded by one man in turn of the 19th century Germany, Caritas International is today one of the largest networks dedicated to reducing poverty and injustice throughout the world.  Caritas provides assistance to the most vulnerable regardless of race or religion, on behalf of Catholics around the world.


Malteser International is the worldwide relief agency of the Sovereign Order of Malta for humanitarian aid. The organization provides aid in about 200 projects in more than 20 countries without distinction of religion, race or political persuasion.


Welthungerhilfe provides help from one set of hands: from immediate emergency aid in the wake of a disaster to long-term projects carried out in cooperation with local partners.
