| Roof Decks Decking |
The following are profiles of some of other corrugated panels available for roofing, flooring and siding. They are available in stainless steel, aluminum, and galvanized steel. |
| HD Panel |
The HD Panel Decking presents a unique opportunity to provide a product in a rib profile similar to the 2.67 x 7/8″ corrugated sign wave shape. The HD Panel offers greater load carrying capability as well as a bolder appearance due to its increased pitch. The HD Panel (heavy duty) as its name implies is especially useful when increased load carrying capability is required on siding applications. It is uniquely suited for both roofing and siding applications. HD Panel is available in corrugated galvanized steel, painted steel, aluminum, bare and painted, and, of course, stainless steel. |
| Type “S” Form Deck |
Helpful Hint: Form deck is used when a noncomposite slab is required and the clear span is short. |
| Type “B” Wide Rib Panel Decking |
The Type B Wide Rib is the industry standard for corrugated Industrial Roofing. It can be produced in galvanized steel, painted steel, aluminum and stainless steel. All lengths are produced to custom requirements. Standard width is 36″ coverage, limited availability in 30″ coverage. This product has excellent load carrying capabilities. The wide rib allows for a narrow top opening, which is desired when rigid insulation is to be used on top of the deck. When computing coverage requirements, allow for laps at supports. |
