About CHB CHB Infrastructure, Technology & Marketing was founded in 1994 by Charles H. Botwick to provide project identification, project development, and marketing services to engineering, technology, construction, and infrastructure enterprises. In over 20 plus years as a Marketing Executive for such companies as EBASCO (now Foster Wheeler and Raytheon), Westinghouse, OHM Corp, York Wastewater, and others, Charles identified projects, put together deals, and formed teams to pursue and win projects domestically and internationally. Since 1994, CHB Infrastructure, Technology & Marketing has assisted some 75-100 firms, governments, and agencies with projects and requirements spanning every imaginable project across the energy, environmental, transportation, and communications sectors domestically and internationally. The portfolio of companies represented by CHB brings to the table a unique and peerless combination of resources to win and accomplish projects on a Worldwide basis. CHB works with many breaking new technology firms to commercialize and bring to market new technologies and applications. These new technologies are integrated into infrastructure projects for maximum value added and differentiation. In the arena of Disaster Services, CHB has worked extensively with the engineering, planning, and management services pertinent to disaster response and disaster mitigation. In 1996, CHB put together a team of US firms that were later awarded a $100,000,000 contract from the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide disaster related services. CHB has organized presentations of promising new environmental and engineering technologies at the White House since 1996. Recently, CHB was appointed by the White House to Co-Chair and organize a joint European/US Environmental Business Partnering Event: Environmental Technologies for the Third Millenium. CHB Infrastructure, Technology & Marketing project development work has recently involved many countries in E. Europe, Latin America, and the Midwest. CHB's reputation in putting together projects and in representing a world class portfolio of companies and capabilities to include project finance has resulted in invitations from many governments, institutions, and private sector firms from around the world. Recent activities include assistance with the identification of resources and technologies for development projects, and support to governments for the development of Disaster Response Infrastructure. These involvements and travels have included Chile, Guatemala, The Organization of American States, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Austria, Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Moldova, Turkey, The Mideast Technology University (METU), and Israel. |
